COVID CLOSURE from 6th January 2021

Dear Members,

Following the recent announcement of a Nationwide lockdown throughout England, from 00:01 on Wednesday 6th January 2021, it will come as no surprise that all THWAC ranges and facilities must close from this date.

ArcheryGB have published a summary of the guidance that applies throughout the UK which you can access here.  It also includes links to resources for maintaining fitness, skills and mental health throughout the lockdown, which members may find useful.

Sussex Junior Indoor League 2019-2020

Contratulations to George Callow who finished 1st in the Boys under 14 category

Congratulations to Terry Maskell and Peter Harrie-Thompson who won all their matches and came top of division 2 for compound archers.

Winter BA postal league 2019/2020

A big thank you goes out to all who supported THWAC and participated in the  BA winter league.

Congratulations to Stevie Kent who received the Portsmouth League Medallion for the highest score in the gents category of 596.

Results for our divisions;
Portsmouth.
Team A   2nd place,
Team B    6th place.

Frostbite.
Team A  2nd place,
Team B.  4th place.

who shot the best score in a particular month in their divisions during the 5 month period.
